Good Quality and Hygienic Practices

The industrial Research Institute (IRI) and the Euro Lebanese centre for Industrial Modernization (ELCIM) organized an In-House training for House of Olives on March 10 & 11-2016 under the topic of “Good Quality and Hygienic Practices”.

This training was held by Mr. Talal Hijazi. The overall workshop objective is to learn about food safety and practices that preserve the quality of food in order to avoid food-borne illnesses and contamination. All the participants were strongly interested in the material covered.
